MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) – A man has been charged after his baby suffered multiple injuries. Edward Leary, 26, of Middletown, is accused of assaulting his four-month-old son on May 7, according to Warren County court records. County Attorney David Fornshell says Leary assaulted the baby because the child was crying while playing video games.
