MIDDLETOWN, Ohio (WXIX) – A man has been charged after his baby suffered multiple injuries.
Edward Leary, 26, of Middletown, is accused of assaulting his four-month-old son on May 7, according to Warren County court records.
County Attorney David Fornshell says Leary assaulted the baby because the child was crying while playing video games.
The baby suffered a broken leg, three broken ribs and multiple bruises, prosecutor Fornshell said.
Leary was charged with assault and child endangerment, court records show.
