BOSTON – Emergency crews are busy clearing a portion of Interstate 93 after a tractor-trailer hauling glass window panels struck the side of a bridge late this morning, state police said. Troopers are in the southbound lane of I-93 at Exit 14, Columbia Road, state police tweeted at 11:36 a.m. The video showed crews assessing several panels that had come off the back of the truck.
