The Oklahoma Highway Patrol has issued an endangered missing person alert for a 13-year-old boy last seen in Catoosa on Wednesday. Authorities say 13-year-old Kandyce White was last seen around 10pm Wednesday night in Catoosa. White is about 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighs about 220 pounds. Authorities say White has black hair and brown eyes. Authorities say White was last seen wearing a blue Mickey Mouse shirt with green pants.
