One man is dead and another is in jail after a crash early Saturday morning on Seminole Boulevard. Pinellas County Sheriff’s Office investigators said Roger Kupsoff, 77, was traveling north on Seminole Boulevard in Seminole around 9:30 a.m. when Brent Rozic, 51, sped westbound in a pickup truck on 102nd Avenue N toward the intersection. As Rozic approached, investigators said, the light at 102nd Avenue N was red. One person died Friday night after being struck by a vehicle on Silas Deane Road in Wethersfield, police said. According to Wethersfield police, the department received numerous 911 calls around 9 pm Friday reporting that a person had been hit by a vehicle on Silas Deane, north of Nott Street.
