The Washington County Coroner identified the man as Cody Bennett, 29, of Monongahela, who lived a few houses down from where he was involved in a fatal police encounter. At least three people have been airlifted from the scene of the crash along I-79 in Mercer County. Sky 4 flies over the crash scene – watch the video above. The crash happened Monday afternoon on southbound I-79 near mile marker 116 in Findley Township near the I-80 interchange. State police say the interstate is closed in the area.
