Police are investigating a serious crash involving two tractor-trailers that injured two men and closed Interstate 84 East Monday morning, according to Connecticut State Police. Police were called just before 7:30 a.m. to a crash near Exit 65 between two trailers. A tractor-trailer operated by a 45-year-old Maryland man was parked on the right shoulder near Exit 65.
