Suspect arrested near Prince Harry, Meghan Markle’s Montecito home faces recreational charge

A suspect was arrested in Prince Harry and Meghan MarkleMonday at the Montecito home and faces a loitering charge, a Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Office spokesman told CBS News. The incident happened around 2 a.m. and the suspect was made a citizen’s arrest by a staff member near the home’s service entrance, the spokesman said. An inmate accused of killing four people has been arrested after escaping from a Philadelphia prison more than a week ago, police said.
