Girl drowns at Aransas Pass Aquatic Center

Update: Monday 8:50 p.m A girl has died in a drowning accident at the Aransas Pass Aquatic Center. Police tell us the call came in around 2:30 p.m. Monday. Aransas Pass Police Chief Eric Blanchard said the girl was under 10 years old and not from Aransas Pass. Blanchard said the girl fell into the water and was found to be unresponsive or in distress.
