Rusty Rae/News-Register# A member of the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Department directs another office to a safe area as officers surround the home on Mt. Mazama.
Armed officers from the City of McMinnville Police Department, the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Department and surrounding police agencies, along with medical teams, responded to shots fired at a home on Mt. Mazama between Washington Street and SW Second Street. Neighbors said they heard several shots fired. After more than three hours, the scene was resolved without further incident.
Hillsboro, Beaverton and other law enforcement agencies responded.
