WHEN THE POLICE ENTERED THE STORE, BRADFORD RAN AWAY AND THEN FIGHTED THE POLICE. It was then that he shot Private SCHOOLEY in the leg. 15 YEARS AGO, BRADFORD WAS CONVICTED OF ATTACKING DR GULAM MUNDA IN A MURDER FOR HIRE SCHEME ORCHESTRATED BY DR MUNDA. HE WAS RELEASED FROM PRISON IN 2020 AND PLACED IN SUPERVISED CUSTODY. EARLIER THIS YEAR, BRADFORD ASKED THE COURT FOR PERMISSION TO HAVE A MEDICAL MARIHUA CARD. A man accused of shooting a Pa. state trooper. pleaded guilty to murder-for-hire conspiracy

Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 has learned that 41-year-old Damian Bradford, the man accused of shooting a state police trooper at an Aliquippa supermarket, is the same Damian Bradford who pleaded guilty to a murder-for-hire plot that took the life of a local doctor. State police said the shooting happened after patrol officers observed a disturbance outside the Franklin Mini-Mart in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue. these officers approached a suspect who ran into the store. That suspect allegedly shot an officer in the leg. A second officer and customers inside the store worked to apprehend the suspect, Bradford. Bradford previously pleaded guilty to the 2005 death of Dr. Gulam Moonda along the Ohio Turnpike. Moonda’s wife, Donna Moonda, has been found guilty of arranging for Bradford to kill her husband. Bradford, who was from Center Township, Beaver County at the time, was sentenced to more than 17 years in prison, but federal court records show he was released in December 2020.

State police said the shooting occurred after patrol officers observed a disturbance outside the Franklin Mini-Mart in the 400 block of Franklin Avenue.
Police said officers approached a suspect who ran into the store.
That suspect allegedly shot an officer in the leg.
A second officer and customers inside the store then worked to take the suspect, Bradford, into custody.
Bradford pleaded guilty in the 2005 death of Dr. Gulam Moonda along the Ohio Turnpike.
