Governor: Russian army command leaves Kherson.
According to the governor of Mykolaiv, Vitaliy Kim, the command of the Russian army has moved to the left bank of the Dnipro River. Earlier, Ukraine reported that it hit a bridge over the Nova Kakhovka Dam in Kherson Oblast, preventing Russian forces from easily crossing the river and splitting the occupied Kherson Oblast in half.

Podolyak: Russian troops bomb a nuclear power plant to cut off power to Ukraine.
Mykhailo Podolyak, an adviser to the president’s office, said Russian troops are bombing the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant to cut off electricity in southern Ukraine and blamed it on the Ukrainian Armed Forces. An unnamed engineer at the plant told the BBC that Russian forces are deliberately destroying power lines.
