Breaking News: 78-year-old bicyclist killed in Mission Viejo crash, no details available
It was reported this afternoon that an elderly man was killed on his bicycle in Mission Viejo Tuesday morning.
Seconds in Mission Viejo Patchthe victim, identified only as a 78-year-old man, died in some type of accident around 8 a.m. Tuesday, near Els Alisos Boulevard and Entitat.
There’s no word on how the crash happened, or even if another vehicle, let alone a driver, was involved.
Hopefully, we’ll have more information soon.
This is at least the 51st bicycle fatality in Southern California this year, and the ninth that I know of in Orange County.
