MIAMI – A man wanted in connection with an April homicide in New Castle was arrested Wednesday in Miami, Florida.
Leighton Jade Weaver, 20, is charged in the shooting death of Lance Louis, 42.
Louis was found shot to death at the scene of an accident shortly before 3 a.m. on April 19.

Weaver is charged with criminal homicide, failure to carry firearms on persons, failure to carry firearms without a license and recklessly endangering another person.
Police said the district attorney’s office will begin the extradition process to bring Weaver back to Pennsylvania to face the charges.
