Subway Shooting Suspect Leaves NYC Precinct In Police Custody

Suspected Brooklyn subway shooter Frank James left the 9th Precinct in police custody. James was arrested 27 hours after the shooting in the East Village of Manhattan. During the incident, 10 people were injured by gun, and 13 people were injured during the rush to get off the subway, or from smoke inhalation.
