Allegheny County police are investigating after a man was stabbed in the hand and face in Stowe Township. The stabbing happened around 11:00 p.m. Thursday in the 600 block of Pleasant Ridge Road. The 46-year-old victim was stable when taken to hospital. No arrests have been announced.
