The Weir Fire Department will have a political rally on Saturday, June 17, 2023. This will be a fundraiser for the Fire Department, food will be served at the fire station and speeches will be held on the track, weather dependent and the dryness of the soil on the track.
We will have $5 BBQ Sandwiches, $1 Fries and $1 Drinks, on sale starting at 11am and the speeches will begin at noon.
If for any of these reasons it cannot take place on the Passeig, it will take place inside the Fire Department. Everyone is welcome and we would love to see all candidates at this event, even if Weir is not your district!
Each candidate can set up a stand/table and will be given time to speak if they wish and then answer questions. We are excited to host this event and even more excited for our community to meet and interact with the men and women of the Weir Fire Department and Police Department!
So, bring a chair and come hang out, see you then!
