Breaking news! National Motos Honda dominate the EWC Dunlop Superstock Trophy battle at Spa

National Motos Honda revived their FIM Endurance World Cup title hopes after topping the podium in the Dunlop Superstock Trophy category at the 24H SPA EWC Motos.

The French team, a Honda motorcycle dealer and EWC stalwart, moved up to third in the standings with victory in Belgium as the 33 Louit April Moto team took second place after a battle fight

Honda No Limits, fourth at the start of the Le Mans season, took third to move up to second in the provisional title standings, finishing three laps behind the winners and overtaking Chromeburner-RAC41-Honda, the new points leader, for the last podium.

National Motos Honda were locked in a tense battle for supremacy with RAC41 overnight. But disaster struck the last team after 16 and a half hours when Chris Leesch crashed, forcing the team into the pits for repairs.

He did enough to salvage fourth place, overcoming further mechanical drama in the final hour of the race to return to the track and top the overall standings with 85 points, six ahead of the Honda No Limits team, who have 79 .

TRT27 Bazar 2 La Bécane took fifth at Spa, with Slider Endurance sixth ahead of BMRT 3D Maxxess Nevers in seventh.

Wójcik Racing Team STK finished eighth after being forced into the pits just before 4pm due to mechanical problems, before Kamil Krzemień crashed shortly after.

JMA Racing Action Bike was ninth and Holland Motorstore Racing rounded out the Superstock points in tenth.
