BOSTON – Boston police are investigating a brazen shooting in the city’s Mattapan section Thursday afternoon.
According to Boston police, officers responding to a reported shooting at 35 Fessenden St. after 2 p.m. found a victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.
The victim is a 12-year-old boy, sources told 25 Investigates. There was no immediate word on the severity of his injuries.
No additional details were available.
Boston 25 has a crew en route to the scene.
