RICHLAND, Wash. – UPDATE 10:53 p.m According to the Kennewick Police Department, a suspect has been arrested in connection with the incident on Stevens Drive.
According to KPD, this is an ongoing investigation. More information will be given in the morning.
Stevens Drive is expected to be fully open shortly.
