WASHINGTON – US Ambassador to Russia Lynne Tracy saw American Evan Gershkovich on Monday, the second visit by Biden administration officials since the Wall Street Journal reporter was arrested in March. Missing teen found after 8 years, police say
He was found unresponsive outside a church. A missing teenager has been found eight years after he disappeared while walking his dogs in Houston, police say. A spokesperson for the Houston Police Department confirmed to ABC News that Rudolph ‘Rudy’ Farias IV was found unconscious outside a church on June 29.
