BOSTON – One person was struck when he crashed into a building in Boston’s Dorchester neighborhood early this afternoon, police said. The person struck was inside the building when the vehicle crashed into a glass shop at 468 Blue Hill Ave. at 1:17 p.m., police said. The person was taken by ambulance to a local hospital. The extent of the person’s injuries or his condition were not immediately known. A large glass window was broken when the accident occurred. Several building bricks were also damaged in the accident. HOPKINTON, Mass. – The body of a missing 21-year-old man was recovered from a lake in Hopkinton Saturday morning after an extensive search. According to the Hopkinton Police Department, emergency officials first responded to Sandy Beach on Maspenock Lake on Friday night around 8 pm for a report of a swimmer who never returned to shore. Police said the missing swimmer, whose name has not been released, was in the water with a friend when they went beyond the established safe swimming area at the beach and continued toward Lake Maspenock.
