Girl drowns at Aransas Pass Aquatic Center
Update: Monday 8:50 p.m A girl has died in a drowning accident at the Aransas Pass Aquatic Center. Police tell us the call came in around 2:30 p.m. Monday. Aransas Pass Police Chief Eric Blanchard said the girl was under 10 years old and not from Aransas Pass. Blanchard said the girl fell into the water and was found to be unresponsive or in distress. Police don’t know if the girl couldn’t swim, but they pulled her out of the pool. He said at least two lifeguards pulled the girl from the water, with her family by her side. Rescuers…

BJ Whitmer has been fired from All Elite Wrestling following an arrest on charges of domestic violence and theft. On June 4, Whitmer was arrested in Boone County, Kentucky. He was charged with first-degree strangulation and second-degree burglary. Under Kentucky state law, first-degree strangulation is defined as a person who chokes another person causing injury. As for burglary in the second degree, it refers to non-residential burglaries. Whitmer posted $25,000 bail on June 12 and was released from jail.
