Livingston Parish firefighters are responding to a fire at Live Oak Junior High in Watson, Superintendent Joe Murphy confirmed. Photographs of the fire on social media show dark clouds of smoke rising hundreds of feet above the school’s gymnasium near the front of campus. A woman presented to a Hartford hospital with a gunshot wound while police were responding to reports of a shooting in the city, police said. The woman, in her 20s, arrived at a Hartford hospital around 2 a.m. Saturday as officers responded to the area of 673 Maple Ave. for a shooting, according to the Hartford Police Department. KENNEDY TOWNSHIP, Pa. – A woman was killed and another person was injured after the car they were traveling in collided head-on with a Pittsburgh Regional Transit bus. According to Pittsburgh Regional Transit spokesman Adam Brandolph, the crash happened on McCoy Road at Neville Avenue in Kennedy Township around 4:12 p.m. Friday.
