The remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy show no signs of rebuilding.

But a disturbance just east of that has little chance of forming over the next few days as it moves slowly north, parallel to the US East Coast.

There is a 10% chance that the disturbance will occur in the next two days and a 20% chance that it will form over the next week.

But neither weather system poses a threat to Florida.

Residents are advised to drink plenty of fluids and avoid going out in the afternoon if possible.
