ROCHESTER, NH – Police have identified a woman who was struck and killed in a hit-and-run crash while walking on Milton Road Friday night as police continue to search for the driver who hit her. Kimberly Lucier, 60, of Rochester, died Sunday, days after she was struck and seriously injured by a vehicle that drove away from the scene of the crash, police said. FRAMINGHAM, Mass. – A pedestrian was struck and killed by a tractor-trailer on the Mass Pike in Framingham late Tuesday morning, state police said.
