The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released the ICD-10-CM codes for fiscal year (FY) 2024 on Friday, June 16. This release included 395 additions, 25 deletions, and 13 revisions. The deletions are due to the expansion of diagnostic codes. The total of ICD-10-CM codes for fiscal year 2024 is 74,044. These codes will be effective from visits or registrations on October 1, 2023. Arizona Department of Public Safety officials have been investigating a motorcycle accident that occurred near Baseline Road around 2:45 a.m. DPS officials told the Arizona family that the rider swerved into a pickup truck and threw him off his bike. He was not wearing riding gear or a helmet and died of his injuries at the scene. MESA (3TV/CBS 5) – Officials with the Arizona Department of Public Safety say they are investigating a body found inside a vehicle that was parked along the Red Mountain section of Loop 202 in Mesa on Monday. A department spokesman said details are limited, but confirmed that someone found the body inside a vehicle parked along an off-ramp along the freeway near the Country Club Drive exit , according to officials. EAST KINGSTON, NH – Two off-duty firefighters from Massachusetts and New Hampshire are being praised for pulling a woman out of a burning car before it exploded and after the vehicle crashed on East Road.
