We’ve all been there, after a long hot day at a Disney park, all you can think about is limping back to your car and turning on the A/C when panic sets in – you forgot where you parked!!!! !! It’s one of the most frustrating ways to end a day at Disney. Those days will soon be behind us, but with the Car Locator feature coming to the My Disney Experience app and the Disneyland app!
The new free feature will save your car’s location and works best if you have location services and Bluetooth enabled on your mobile. Using it will also be simple! Once you park your car, open your My Disney Experience or Disneyland app and click on the car locator card on the home screen. You’ll then be asked to enter your parking details (or if you’ve turned on location services, this will be filled in automatically) and Boom! Don’t worry about the end of the day anymore! It couldn’t be easier, but it will save a lot of headaches at the end of long tiring Disney days!
This feature will be available at Disneyland, all 4 Walt Disney World theme parks, ESPN Wide World of Sports and both water parks. It will debut first at Walt Disney World this summer before rolling out to other Disney locations.
