It’s over…again. Kylie Prew confirms that she and YoJo Siwa broke up, revealing she’s been single for “almost two months.”
“I’m obviously aware of everything that’s going on on TikTok right now, and all the drama and all the tea,” Kylie shared in an Instagram Live in early August, which was reposted by a fan via TikTok on Tuesday, August 16. “I don’t like drama and it makes me very, very nervous, so I don’t want to talk about it for a while, but someone asked me, just now, if I was single. I am.”
She continued, “It’s okay. It’s not deep, I promise. It’s okay. It doesn’t all have to be messy and dirty because it’s not, and I just want to clear the air.”
Although JoJo has yet to publicly address the split, Kylie said the two are “safe and happy and healthy and that’s all that matters.”

The internet personalities started dating in January 2021 and went public with their relationship a month later.
“After being my best friend for over a year…I started calling this exceptional human my girlfriend…and since then I’ve been the happiest I’ve ever been!” JoJo he wrote via Instagram in February 2021. “Seriously, she is the most loving, supportive, happy, protective, and the most beautiful perfect person in the world. And I can call her mine! Happy month to my baby girl! I love you more every day!”
After less than a year together, J-14 confirmed in October 2021 that JoJo and Kylie had split. The Dance Moms student, meanwhile, talked about the breakup during an episode of the “This is Paris” podcast. of November of that same year.
“I haven’t talked about it officially yet, publicly, but we broke up,” JoJo shared at the time. “But she’s still literally my best friend. I talked to her yesterday, she just had a new puppy. She’s great. She’s having the time of her life, I’m having the time of my life.” .
But the teenagers didn’t stay apart for long! JoJo confirmed that she and Kylie reconciled with one Instagram post from May 5 that said, “If you like something, let it go, if it comes back.” The last time Kylie was seen on JoJo’s social media accounts was in June, and fans began to speculate that things went sour. While it’s unclear what caused their split, it seems JoJo and Kylie are on good terms.
