SAN DIEGO (CNS) – A security breach involving an unchecked piece of luggage led to the evacuation of Terminal 2 at San Diego International Airport today, along with a several-hour grounding of its flights .
Authorities escorted the public out of the Bay Area airport’s travel center around 12:30 p.m. after a man entered the airport’s back screening area with a carry-on bag that had been identified for additional control, according to Transport. Security Administration.
