One person is in custody after a pursuit that began Tuesday morning near South Morgan Road and State Highway 152.
The Mustang Police Department, Oklahoma Highway Patrol and Oklahoma City Police were involved in the pursuit that ended after a crash near North Western Avenue and Interstate Hwy 40.
Police said they were checking on the suspect’s welfare before he fled from officers.
Christopher Council, the suspect in the pursuit, was arrested and charged with endangering others while eluding a police officer, driving under the influence of alcohol and felony evading arrest or detention .
