It is currently unclear where he was.

A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing 77-year-old woman who was last seen in Murray County Thursday morning.
According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Judith Tipton was last seen around 10 a.m. Thursday near Sulphur, Murray County, driving a gray 2011 Ford F350 with Oklahoma tags “CXF941”.
OHP troopers say Tipton is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs around 155 pounds.
Troopers say Tipton suffers from dementia.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of 77-year-old Judith Tipton is asked to call 911.
