KOPPEL, Pa. – A Beaver County man who was charged days ago for driving his pickup truck through several properties in Koppel has been charged with allegedly vandalizing the police department.

Daniel Hays, who we first told you earlier this week was facing charges for driving a truck through a porch and shed in Koppel, is back in custody for allegedly throwing a lawn ornament down a window at the police department. @WPXI

The vandalism took place on Friday around 2.30am.

Police said Daniel Hays threw a lawn ornament through the department window. It is believed to have been in retaliation for his earlier arrest.

Hays is now in custody.

The Pennsylvania State Police is handling the investigation.
