A man in his 30s was killed in a terrorist attack near the northern West Bank settlement of Hermesh, the IDF said on Tuesday.
The Israeli was initially seriously wounded in the attack, Magen David Adom said as his paramedics treated the man, who suffered gunshot wounds to the chest and shoulders, at the scene along with medical personnel from FDI
He was rushed to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera in serious condition before he was pronounced dead.
Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said early Tuesday afternoon that he had received a security update on the situation and would hold a broader meeting with senior defense officials in the coming hours.
