CORPUS CHRISTI, TX — The owner of Chacho’s Tacos is asking for the community’s help after someone broke into his business overnight.
On the restaurant’s Facebook page, the owners reported that the incident happened around 3:30 a.m. on Sunday.
Officials say the wall panel was removed and a hole was punched in the sheetrock on the side of the building.
“Well, they actually took the money that we had. He actually broke everything so he could get what he wanted. He got it,” Mary Gutierrez said.
According to detectives, the thief took several hundred dollars from the restaurant.
