DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – A Georgia man was arrested Tuesday after officials say he was filming a woman in a locker room.
According to an incident report obtained by WFTVDaytona Beach police officers received reports of a sexual offense at a clothing store on Cornerstone Blvd.
During the investigation, the shopper told police she was in a dressing room when she looked up and saw an iPhone camera looking over her stall.

The victim said she notified a store clerk, who confronted the suspect, Luke Pinkard, 26, of Adairsville, Georgia.
According to the report of WFTVthe victim asked Pinkard, “Excuse me, did you just put the phone in my dressing room?”
Officials reported that Pinkard answered “no” before apologizing to the victim and saying, “I’ll delete them,” offering to smash her phone and promising never to do it again.

The report said that when Pinkard pulled out his phone to delete video thumbnails, the victim took the phone and went into an office to get dressed while police were on their way.
Police said Pinkard also faces charges related to a separate incident of child sexual abuse and “knowingly using or installing a device to observe or record under or through a person’s clothing” in the county from Gordon, Georgia.
Pinkard was accused of video voyeurism.
