BREAKING: Crews attending structure fires north of Williams Lake

BREAKING: Crews attending structure fires north of Williams Lake

Emergency services are responding to a fire at the Wildwood Campground and trailer park

Emergency crews are on the scene of a structure fire involving three buildings at Wildwood Campsite & Trailer Park on July 3.

Wildwood Volunteer Fire Department, Williams Lake Fire Department, BC Emergency Health Services and RCMP are on scene.

BC Wildfire Services has someone monitoring the fire to see if it spreads to surrounding forests.

A witness at the scene said the fire started this afternoon in a trailer and spread to neighboring buildings.

The homes on fire are located at the south end of the park and the park is not being evacuated at this time. At the moment it is believed that no one has been injured in the fire.
