JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office confirmed they are investigating a robbery and a suspicious person on McDuff Avenue.

According to JSO, they received a call about an hour ago about a burglary at McDuff Avenue and Ernest Street. Also, within the last 15 minutes, JSO received a call about an armed suspicious person in the roadway at McDuff Avenue and Spencer Street.
JSO said it can’t yet say if these calls are related, but advises people to use caution in the area.
