PSP Clearfield BOLO—
On 07/23/23 at 01:51 hours, SCI QUEHANNA notified PSP Clearfield that inmate Joshua David LACKEY had escaped. LACKEY was last seen running into a wooded area near SCI QUEHANNA. LACKEY is currently believed to still be in the area near SCI QUEHANNA. LACKEY is a white male, 6’2″ approximately 200 pounds with brown hair and beard. LACKEY has three tattoos on his face, one between his eyes and one in the lower corner of each of his eyes in blue ink. Anyone with information is encouraged to call PSP Clearfield at 814-857-3800.
