Fort Smith police are searching for a missing woman

Fort Smith police are asking for the public’s help in locating a woman who has gone missing from a Fort Smith hospital. Melissa Chambers, 45, left Baptist Health in the early morning hours of Friday, July 14, according to police. A concerned family member notified authorities of Chambers’ disappearance. If you meet Chambers or have information on his whereabouts, you are asked to call Fort Smith Police at 479-709-5100 or call 911.
