WEST MIFFLIN, Pa. — The West Mifflin City Council has voted unanimously to condemn Century III Mall.

The decision comes just under two weeks after the owners were fined $240,000.

Channel 11 has covered repeated complaints about the mall’s structure, which has posed significant safety risks to first responders. In recent months, intruders have set fire to the mall while causing other damage.
