CHICAGO (CBS) — Target is changing its dress code to allow any of its 440,000 employees to wear shorts to work.
The announcement comes as much of the country is experiencing record heat.
Previously, only employees working outside were allowed to wear shorts.
The new dress code does not specify that shorts should be khaki. they can be any solid color.
