Sharing a photo of himself with his shirt up in February, Wu revealed his baby bump, which he pointed to, writing in the caption: “Bun in the oven. Filipino baby #2 coming soon.”
PEOPLE previously confirmed that Wu welcomed a baby girl in August 2020 with Man Man frontman Kattner. The couple had not previously announced they were expecting.
Speaking to PEOPLE in October, Wu shared that her daughter already “knows how to tell Alexa to play a song” and is always looking forward to a dance party.
“She’ll grab anyone’s hand, pull them into the middle of the room and say ‘Dance!’ Wu added.
Wu talked about her baby in May 2021 when she appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. “I had a beautiful baby girl in August. She’s the best, she’s the best. She’s got a full head of hair. She’s got a blue ass,” he said.
The Crazy Rich Asians star explained that her baby girl had a “Mongolian spot”, which is officially known as melanocytosis congenita, a flat blue birthmark that appears at birth or during the first few weeks of some babies’ lives . “Apparently, it happens in a lot of Asian babies, and my boyfriend and I are Asian,” Wu said.
Kattner joked, “He actually wrote a song about his blue ass. So it’s going to be on his next album.”
