TERRA ALTA, W.Va. (WDTV) – Update: Department of Emergency Management officials confirm that two people involved in the crash were life-enforced from their injuries. At the moment, their conditions are unknown.

The West Virginia Department of the Environment is heading to the scene of a fuel spill. It is not clear how much fuel was spilled.

The accident occurred near the intersection of Rag Tavern Road and Route 7 in Terra Alta.

OEM officials confirm that West Virginia State Police are now handling the investigation.
