Donald Trump has shared a QAnon post on his Truth Social platform as he continues to attack President Joe Biden, Special Counsel Jack Smith and Attorney General Merrick Garland ahead of his third potential criminal indictment.

The former president hit back at a post by a QAnon supporter that featured an image of Mr. Trump along with the ominous message: “Nothing can stop what’s coming. Nothing.”

Trump has lashed out in recent days over the grand jury investigation into the Jan. 6 Capitol riot and his efforts to overturn the 2020 presidential election.

In one of the clearest signs that Trump could face federal charges in the case, the former president said last week that he had received a letter saying he is the target of a grand jury investigation.

Court documents revealed Monday that former New York City Police Department Commissioner Bernie Kerik, who collected fake evidence of alleged fraud and voter manipulation for the Trump campaign, has agreed to hand over hundreds of documents to the DOJ as part of its investigation.

Kerik worked for Rudy Giuliani and had previously refused to share the evidence.

Voices: Is Donald Trump a Legal Unicorn?

Benedict Cosgrove write:

As the legal troubles facing Donald Trump mount, many of us are torn by mixed responses to the spectacle of a former president facing multiple felony criminal charges.

Yes, we are thankful that the most depraved and transparently autocratic president in American history is facing justice. But our satisfaction is tempered by the knowledge that, like any mob boss, Trump sees the indictments as a badge of honor, and so do countless MAGA resisters.

How Trump is gaining an edge in the battle for delegates

Put aside the polls, fundraising numbers or name recognition of Donald Trump as metrics of his early dominance of the Republican presidential contest. He has what could be the biggest advantage in the race: a lead to win the delegates needed to clinch the GOP nomination.
