Shortly before 5:40 a.m., first responders were called to a two-alarm residential fire in the 200 block of Cedarhurst Street in Beltzhoover. The first crew arrived within minutes to find an active fire with possible entrapment. LANSING – Lansing police issued an Amber Alert for a 2-year-old girl taken from the city of Lansing Monday morning. The girl, Wynter Cole Smith, is described as a 2-year-old black girl with shoulder-length braided hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a rainbow on it.
