From staff reports, the Apopka Police Department and the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office Deputies with the Seminole County Sheriff’s Office arrested a robbery suspect Monday who is also believed to be connected to a carjacking in Apopka and an aggravated battery in Lake County. David Flores, a 36-year-old Apopka resident, was arrested and charged with burglary in Seminole County.
