Police: Intruder arrested after breaking into sleeping woman’s El Cajon apartment

THE CAJON — A man broke into a sleeping woman’s apartment early Tuesday morning in El Cajó and, after rummaging through her belongings, turned on the television and masturbated before falling asleep, the police. Officers later took the 44-year-old man into custody without incident after a relative of the woman, who police described as elderly without giving his age, saw him on an interior security camera and called 911 , El Cajon Police Lt.
