The Chief Executive published an executive order opening a new public tender to award six gaming concessions. Bidders can submit their proposals between July 29 and September 14. According to Pittsburgh police, responding officers arrived in the 2400 block of Starkamp Street in Brookline around 8 p.m. after a caller said their neighbor had been shot.
