HYANNIS, Mass. – A smoke situation on a Steam Authority vessel sailing from Nantucket to Hyannis led to an inspection of the vessel and cancellation of the trip Monday morning, officials said. After the summer, the Van Oord – Hakkers – De Klerk consortium will start the construction of a tugboat dock on the Yangtze Canal of the Port of Rotterdam.
